Every Baste product is made to order — printed just for you. Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Wrong Item Received: Reach out within 14 days and we'll correct it at no cost to you. Change of Mind: Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.
